Specialising in postnatal depletion, burnout recovery, Hashimoto's, hormonal health and nervous system regulation, Serena combines evidence-based functional nutrition with practical, sustainable strategies.

 

Passionate about helping women feel energised, balanced and well, she empowers mothers to restore their health and thrive through every stage of motherhood without restriction or extremes.

Brigitte Egan is an experienced Women's Health Physiotherapist and Director of The Women's Health Project, specialising in pelvic health, pregnancy, postpartum recovery and women's wellbeing across every stage of life.

 

Passionate about helping women feel informed, supported and confident in their recovery, Brigitte provides expert care in areas including pelvic floor rehabilitation, caesarean recovery, abdominal separation, prolapse, continence and return to exercise after birth.

 

With extensive hospital and private practice experience, she is dedicated to empowering women with practical, evidence-based advice to navigate motherhood and beyond.

Combining compassionate in-home care with a passion for nourishing food, Sophie draws on her expertise in postpartum care, pregnancy nutrition and holistic wellbeing to support women during one of life's most transformative seasons.

 

A mother of two herself, she is passionate about creating a postpartum experience where every woman feels cared for, empowered and never alone.
